Chapter Meetings are held at the H-D of Frederick shop on the last Thursday of every month (except in November and December) at 7:00 PM.

Chapter Membership and Release Form Use this form if you are an adult who desires to join our HOG chapter. It includes a release to enable you to participate in HOG events. Annual Dues are $15. You can mail this form and dues to the dealership, or bring it to the next chapter meeting.
Chapter Event Release form for Adults Use this form if you are an adult who is not a HOG member and you desire to participate in a HOG event yourself.
Chapter Event Release form for Minors Use this form if you are an adult parent and you desire that your child participates in a HOG event.
Minor's Assumption of Risk Acknowledgement - Use this form if you are a minor and you have parental consent to participate in HOG events.
